Share your recent experience of healthcare at your GP practice
If you are registered with a GP practice in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland and are aged 16 or over, you are invited to share your recent experiences of healthcare provided by your GP practice in a new survey.
The survey has been arranged in partnership between NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and local GP practices, who want to understand how services could be improved.
All GP practices work in new ways nowadays to make sure everyone gets the right care from a suitably qualified healthcare professional. Examples include: expanding the range of health professionals who can provide care, introducing video, online or telephone consultations, and digital services to make it easier for people to get what they need, e.g. the NHS App to request repeat prescriptions and view their GP record and correspondence.
The survey asks about your experiences of contacting your practice, making an appointment and the care you received. It will help practices to understand the impact of these new ways of working as well as your general experiences.
The closing date for completed questionnaires is 23.59pm on Sunday 10 March 2024. You can fill in the questionnaire online at www.bit.ly/LLRGPSurvey
