Please be advised that as a further measure to manage the impact of COVID-19, we are now applying telephone triage across a large number of our patient appointments. When making appointments see a medical clinician this will result in an initial call from them to assess your clinical need, please do not attend the surgery for an a appointment until you have received that call.

Along with our Primary Care colleagues across Rutland we continue to operate ‘business as normal’ at the Surgery with a few adaptations within in our waiting area and appointment booking (we are now referring patients with any respiratory concerns to telephone Triage with a GP, rather than offering them an immediate appointment ). You will be asked some screening questions by our Patient Services Team (authorised to do so by GP Partners), please be patient as our staff take note of your answers and any necessary action they may need to take.
When attending your appointment, please take steps to spend the minimal amount of time in the Practice and please ensure you have washed your hands prior to arrival. We do have soap and hand gel for your use in the Surgery but please do not attempt to take this home with you.
We are communicating with local agencies such as our Patient Participation Group, Rutland County Council, Rutland Radio and the Rutland Primary Care Network to ensure the community is working together but all updates will continue to be available from our Practice website, PPG managed social media pages and GOV.UK
