Telephone Systems

There has been substantial work done to see the change to the new telephone systems and we do appreciate your patience when it has not gone quite how it was planned.

We are grateful and recognise the feedback which will be very useful when we carry out our 3 monthly review which is due late February 2018.

We will be making some adjustments to the telephone systems (feedback considered) and we will be finalising these with our Patient Participation Group (PPG) members to ensure that we are creating a positive change for our patients.
